System Requirements
The necessary system requirements to run RAPAT for Excel 365 are:
- An active Microsoft 365 subscription
- Access to the desktop or web version of Microsoft Excel on a Windows or Mac computer
- N.B. It is strongly recommended to use RAPAT in the desktop version of Excel. Some functionality may not be available in the web version of Excel, and performance can be impaired.
- Ensure the desktop Excel application is up to date, or you may experience some performance issues. You can check for updates in Excel by going to File → Account → Update Options → Update Now. This is not applicable to the web version of Excel.
- While the use of RAPAT on an iPad is supported, this has not been thoroughly tested and users may experience some performance issues.
- Active internet connection
- A reliable internet connection is required whenever the software is being used. Any loss of connection may result in unexpected behaviour.
- Valid RAPAT for Excel 365 Licence
- Licences are assigned on an individual basis and should never be shared, duplicated, or transferred to other users.
- Some organisations may disable the installation of add-ins as part of their security policies. If you are having any issues installing the software or see the following messasge: "Office store not available. Unfortunately, your organization has disabled access to the Office Store", please contact your IT administrator to check the add-in installation policy. Your IT administrator should be able to install the add-in on your behalf, if necessary.

Uninstall Instructions
If you need to uninstall RAPAT, follow these steps:
- Open Excel, go to the "Home" ribbon, and click the "Add-ins" button.
- Click the small "Manage" link in the Add-ins popup. This will open a window which lists all of your installed add-ins.
- Select the three dots to the right of the "RAPAT for Excel365" add-in and a "Remove" option should appear. Click this to uninstall the application.
- If the "Remove" option does not appear, you may be limited by your organisation's security policies. Please contact your IT administrator for further support.
